Learn about our Unbundled services!
-
Unbundled legal services are a form of limited-scope legal representation where an attorney agrees to assist with specific tasks rather than managing an entire case. Rather than paying for comprehensive, full-service representation, clients can select the particular services they need—such as drafting documents, providing legal advice, reviewing correspondence or court filings, and assisting with procedural guidance—and handle the remaining aspects of their case independently. This approach, also known as discrete task representation, can reduce legal costs and give clients greater control over their legal matters. It is especially useful for routine or less complex issues, where the expense of full representation might be prohibitive.
